The best thing was that I could eat what I wanted and still lose weight. Slow and steady, I was getting my pre-pregnancy body back.

I do believe sadly it’s going to take some diseases coming back to realize that we need to change and develop vaccines that are safe.

My tricks are, I get Botox in my forehead-I just have my doctor do a little shot there. if you overdo, it looks bad. I believe in just a little bit. It allows you to keep that mobility in your face. It’s a great little secret.
