Fears, even the most basic ones, can totally destroy our ambitions. Fear, if left unchecked, can destroy our lives. Fear is one of the many enemies lurking inside us.
A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.
Don’t spend most of your time on the voices that don’t count. Tune out the shallow voices so that you will have more time to tune in the valuable ones.
