I think globalization is a great thing. And now a lot of people complain about globalization; a lot of people don’t like, you know, the globalize of the concept, the idea of the results. I think the globalization is a great idea and to create a lot of jobs.
The customer is number one, the employee is number two and the shareholder is number three. If the customer is happy, the business is happy, and the shareholders are happy.
I believe in two principles: Your attitude is more important than your capabilities. Similarly, your decision is more important than your capabilities!
