Reformed rabbis are generally political in nature. It’s almost like Islam, radicalized Islam in a way, to where it is just – radicalized Islam is less about religion than it is about politics. When you look at the Reform Judaism, it is more about politics.
What I am feeling in myself, and what is happening to my physical body, to some extent, and what is happening to me mentally, is not a depression, is not a death. It is a transformation. It is a transcendence.
As much as I disagree with Bernie Sanders – at least Bernie Sanders was a man seemingly of principle, a man who actually believed in something, was not surrounding himself with corruption and was moving in the direction that the people are moving.
I wasn’t just pro-choice, I was pro-everything, until I started taking everything off the table and began looking at things and asking if this view was consistent with that view.
