Inherent in the impulse to be free, is insecurity. The impulse to be free comes from outside of the mind, and because of this, it makes the mind feel very insecure.

Instead of striving towards some distant goal that you will never reach, I invite you to stop and ask: How am I avoiding the enlightenment that is already present in each moment? How am I seeing separation where it doesn’t exist?

Ego is the movement of the mind toward objects of perception in the form of grasping, and away from objects in the form of aversion. This fundamentally is all the ego is.

When you let go of the egoic self what you’re getting in exchange is the whole universe.

When you abide and accept everything completely and fully, you automatically go beyond.

The body is a sensing instrument of consciousness. Without the body and mind, the trees could not see themselves.
