I’ve been on a real Credence Clearwater kick. I’ve been collecting their albums on CD — right now I really like ‘I Put a Spell on You.’ I don’t know who actually wrote it; it might be a traditional, or like, an old blues song,
I don’t talk very well. With writing, you’ve time to get it right. Also I’ve found the more I talk the less I write, and if I didn’t write no one would want me to talk anyway.
Never expect justice in this world. That is not part of God’s plan. Everybody thinks that if they don’t get it, they’re some kind of odd man out. And it’s not true. Nobody gets justice – people just get good luck or bad luck.
