It’s funny because what happens to me when I read a script, when something grabs hold of me, I start getting these flashes of people or places or things or images.
Throughout my lifetime I’ve left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there’s almost barely enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent.
Attention is a strange sort of being, anyway, the idea of attention if someone appreciates your work. It’s always nice that someone appreciates your work.
