And with this show we’re trying to be a little sillier. We can do a piece like one we wrote the other day called “Ghost Busters Busters”. Where would never do that in a million years on Mr. Show, but somehow on this show it’s silly and stupid and a little more disposable, so we can do something like that.
In my house you have to talk to cats because, being ten of them, there are a lot of important things you have to say to them-like ‘Get off’ and ‘Shut up’ and things like that.
If you spend 72 hours in a place you’ve never been, talking to people whose language you don’t speak about social, political, and economic complexities you don’t understand, and you come back as the world’s biggest know-it-all, you’re a reporter. Either that or you’re President Obama.
