Normally, when you go to a beach, everybody is wearing bikinis, but on a film, you’re the only one. There’s like 60 people staring at you. They’re doing their jobs, but they’re still staring at you.
Nikolaj [Coster-Waldau] plays one of the ugliest villains. We had to create such a horrible guy, because he is the bad guy in the [The Other Woman] movie. We took him as far pathologically as possible.
People deal with models like they are children. They think they can pull one over on you. It’s actually funny. I’m always like, I’m about to pull something on you, and you’re so focused on thinking I’m dumb you’re not even going to know.
Fashion can give you confidence. And things have definitely changed in the industry, mostly for the positive. We’re more accepting now. For me, someone like Ashley Graham, who loves her body and is always talking about it, is inspiring.
I think something that’s so amazing, and why I really wanted to get into modeling, was to be able to travel, to be able to see the world and live in this glamorous world and meet all these different people.
