I can say, ‘Well, I’m a male. I’m a male human. I’m a medical doctor. I’m an author…’ If I go to a religious point of view, I will say, ‘I am a soul. I am a spirit.’ If I go into science, I will say, ‘I am energy. I am light.’ But the truth is I have no idea what I am.
The truth is silent. The truth doesn’t come with words. It’s something that I just know; it’s something that I can feel without words, and it’s called silent knowledge.
If you hold a beautiful flower in your hand, you can write a whole book about it. However, you are still just you perceiving and experiencing it from your own point of view.
You aren’t staying in heaven because you still need to purify the mind. Your faith is powerful, but it is invested in what you believe you are, and most of what you believe about yourself is a lie.
Forgive yourself. The supreme act of forgiveness is when you can forgive yourself for all the wounds you’ve created in your own life. Forgiveness is an act of self-love. When you forgive yourself, self-acceptance begins and self-love grows.
The fear of not getting the reward becomes the fear of rejection. The fear of not being good enough… is what makes us try to change, what makes us create an image.
You deliver a message every time you speak. Do you deliver the truth, or do you deliver lies? When the message you deliver comes from truth and love, you are happier.
