By the time I was 30, nobody would work with me. I was friendless, I was hopeless, I was suicidal, lost my family – I mean, it was bad. Bottomed out, didn’t know what I was going to do. I actually thought I was going to be a chef – go to work in a kitchen someplace.
I’ve kind of come to a place to where I don’t really condemn anyone for what their conscience tells them to do because I’m not happy with my choice that I’m making personally on, you know, not voting for somebody that I think can win.
Most times we’re so focused on what we think we want that we can’t appreciate how happy we already are. It’s only when we forget about our problems and help others forget theirs that we realize how good we really have it.
