The willingness to not bypass illusion is very important. We come to nirvana by way of samsara. We come to see the true nature of things by seeing through the illusory nature of things.

When you realize what you are now, the issue of death will solve itself.

You’ll have more love than you know what to do with. Whatever you are inside, you receive a thousandfold on the outside.

To awaken to the absolute view is profound and transformative, but to awaken from all fixed points of view is the birth of true non-duality. If emptiness cannot dance, it is not true emptiness.

There’s something more to life than what we see on the surface.
ADYASHANTI -
What you run away from owns you. You are the dog on a leash. The most you can do is to tug against the leash.

As soon as the mind pulls out an agenda and decides what needs to change, that’s unreality. Life doesn’t need to decide who’s right and who’s wrong. Life doesn’t need to know the “right” way to go because it’s going there anyway.
ADYASHANTI -
The realization of Truth and Reality can never be created by the mind … it always comes as a gift of grace. Inquiry clears away misperceptions and illusions, making one available to the movements of grace.
ADYASHANTI -
There is no security in freedom, at least not in the sense that we normally think of security. This is, of course, why it is so free: there’s nothing there to grab hold of.
ADYASHANTI -
Question your thoughts. Question your stories. Question your assumptions. Question your opinions. Question your conclusions. Question them all into utter emptiness, stillness and joy. The keys to freedom are in your hands. Use them.
ADYASHANTI -
When we really start to take a look at who we think we are, we become very grace prone.
ADYASHANTI -
Silence and stillness are not states and therefore cannot be produced or created. Silence is the non-state in which all states arise and subside. Silence, stillness and awareness are not states and can never be perceived in their totality as objects.
ADYASHANTI -
Ego is the movement of the mind toward objects of perception in the form of grasping, and away from objects in the form of aversion. This fundamentally is all the ego is.
ADYASHANTI -
What gets taken away are all the exterior means we thought we wanted love to come to us. You have the choice to notice the perfect set up to see love is exactly what you are.
ADYASHANTI -
The paradox is that when resistance is fully accepted, the resistance disappears.
ADYASHANTI -
If you resist confusion,you are always confused. We think that we resist certain states because they are there, but actually they are there because we resist them.
ADYASHANTI -
Since everything is already the Supreme Buddha Nature, where are you going to find it?
ADYASHANTI -
Feel this moment, see it with a willingness to experience it deeply, whether it be good, bad, or indifferent. Emotionally and feelingly be fully present, right here, vulnerable, with your heart. Just be present. Don’t live from your conditioned mind, live from unconditional truth.
ADYASHANTI -
The moment that you are willing to step outside of tomorrow, outside of needing more time, or having more time, everything becomes possible. And you may finally notice where the Buddha has always been.
