No one can become really educated without having pursued some study in which he took no interest- for it is a part of education to learn to interest ourselves in subjects for which we have no aptitude.
Reading has always been my sweetest escape, but I write to convey that which I want to escape or what scares me to say, even if it’s something positive.
Is this still worth doing? And if it isn’t, he gets rid of it so as to be able to concentrate on the few tasks that, if done with excellence, will really make a difference in the results of his own job and in the performance of his organization.
Some days, my mind still flickers, but the light doesn’t stay on. Kind of like the hope I felt when your fingers squeezed my palm. But they simply call that a reflex.
So we want to make sure that happens is that we build a relationship with the police department and the community that results in better policing and better cooperation with the community.
