There is nothing like having to change your physical form to put you in contact with every weak part of yourself, to train yourself in discipline. Put somebody on a treadmill and I’ll tell you how good they are at any other thing they do in life.
There is no pain worse than not achieving a dream when it is your fault. If God did not want you to have it, that is one thing. But if you do not get what you desire because you are lazy, there is no pain worse than that.
If you don’t believe in yourself, how can you expect anyone else to?? You are your own worst enemy! Once you overcome yourself, then no one can stop you.
Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something. You got a dream, you gotta protect it. When people can’t do something themselves, they are going to tell you that you can’t do it.
